Others say …

Leah Singer - PrefabNZ Board Chair

“During the past nine years as Chief Executive, Pamela has reported to over 50 Board meetings. The Board have consistently found her to be professional, open and honest, and personally dedicated to endeavours.

The Board have also found her to be a true champion for diversity within both the industry and PrefabNZ. Pamela has truly led by example.

At a personal level, it has been a pleasure to work with Pamela. She wears her heart on her sleeve, shows empathy, and always acts with integrity. She is an extremely driven and passionate person.”

Gary Caulfield - Former PrefabNZ Board Chair

“Throughout my association with PrefabNZ since 2010, as Board Member, Board Chair, Life Member, sponsor and general supporter, I remain consistently impressed with Pamela’s constant enthusiasm throughout the ever-changing construction and political landscape over this period.

Pamela’s drive to innovate and educate the benefits of the offsite sector, often to challenging audiences, has seen the awareness and success of PrefabNZ increase dramatically. The single constant remains Pamela’s communication skills and attention to detail!”

Dave Strachan - Architect + Former PrefabNZ Board Member

“I continue to be amazed at how Pamela’s drive and dedication to the whole of the prefab / offsite industry has gone from a virtual ‘start-up’ in 2010, to the successful industry organisation it is today. I am convinced that without Pamela’s commitment to an idea formed during her Master of Architecture research into prefabrication, we would not have PrefabNZ at all.

Having worked with Pamela, since those early trying times, I have no hesitation in recommending Pamela for any position requiring drive, determination, research and a can-do attitude to take any project to ‘next level’.”
